A school was established in Naifaru on 27 Safar 1352 (approximately June 22, 1933) to educate and develop skills in the children of Fadhipolhu, particularly in Naifaru. The founder of Madhrasathul Ifthithaah is Shaykh Abdullah Fahmi Didi. Initially, classes began in the southeast corner of L. Atoll but were later moved to Maulud Haruge, where the school was renamed Madhrasathul Ifthithaah. At its inception, the school had 155 students from Naifaru and various other islands.
