Clinical information

Common uses

KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer
KRAS G12C-mutated colorectal cancer (with panitumumab)

Common side effects

diarrhoea
muscle and bone pain
feeling sick
tiredness
cough

Cautions

can damage the liver — regular liver tests needed
can cause lung inflammation (pneumonitis)
do not breastfeed during treatment

Interactions

proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers — avoid
strong CYP3A4 inducers — avoid
some CYP3A4-substrate medicines — avoid or adjust
some P-gp-substrate medicines — avoid or adjust

Pregnancy: no human data — no harm seen in animal studies
