Clinical information

Common uses

hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer)
differentiated thyroid carcinoma

Common side effects

diarrhoea
tiredness
hair loss
hand-foot skin reaction and rash
weight loss and reduced appetite

Cautions

bleeding and high blood pressure can occur
severe skin reactions, rarely Stevens-Johnson syndrome
can affect the heart and QT interval
can harm an unborn baby

Pregnancy: avoid — may harm the baby
