Cautions

can cause liver injury — avoid with existing liver problems
report any fever — risk of low white blood cells
stop if lung inflammation develops
pancreatitis has been reported

Interactions

strong CYP1A2 inhibitors — more side effects
CYP1A2 inducers — may reduce effect
other liver-toxic drugs — higher liver risk

Pregnancy: possible risk to the baby — talk to your doctor
