feeling sick
dizziness
sleepiness
problems sleeping
constipation

Cautions

can cause sudden sleep during daily activities
can cause low blood pressure on standing
may trigger compulsive behaviours or intense urges
hallucinations can occur — risk increases with age

Interactions

dopamine antagonists — may reduce pramipexole's effect

Pregnancy: only if prescribed — animal data suggest possible harm
