Clinical information

Common uses

melanoma
non-small cell lung cancer
head and neck, bladder, stomach and other cancers
certain gene-marker positive tumours (MSI-H, TMB-H)

Common side effects

tiredness
muscle and joint pain
rash and itching
diarrhoea
decreased appetite

Cautions

immune-related organ inflammation (lungs, gut, liver, glands) can be severe or fatal
regular blood tests for liver, kidney and thyroid needed
infusion or injection reactions can occur
can harm an unborn baby — effective contraception needed
