diarrhoea
rash
muscle and bone pain
tiredness

Cautions

lung inflammation can be serious — report new breathing symptoms
can affect heart rhythm and heart muscle — monitoring needed
severe skin reactions possible
can harm an unborn baby — contraception needed

Interactions

strong CYP3A inducers — avoid or increase osimertinib dose

Pregnancy: can harm an unborn baby — avoid
