Cautions

not a substitute for annual flu vaccination
rare severe skin reactions — stop if rash appears
confusion or abnormal behaviour reported, mainly in children

Interactions

live nasal flu vaccine — avoid 2 weeks before to 48 hours after

Pregnancy: studies suggest no increased birth-defect risk
