Common side effects

feeling sick
weakness
fever or chills
vomiting
headache

Cautions

rare but serious infection or heavy bleeding — seek urgent help (boxed warning)
not for suspected ectopic pregnancy
not with chronic adrenal failure or long-term steroid treatment
not with bleeding disorders, blood thinners or an IUD in place

Interactions

CYP3A4 inducers (lower its levels)
CYP3A4 inhibitors (raise its levels)
medicines with a narrow safety margin (their levels may rise)

Pregnancy: ends pregnancy — birth defects reported if pregnancy continues after failure
