drowsiness
dizziness or lightheadedness
nausea
blurred vision

Cautions

may impair driving and operating machinery
avoid alcohol and other sedating medicines
avoid in pregnancy unless clearly needed

Interactions

alcohol and CNS depressants — combined sedation
pyridostigmine (myasthenia gravis medicine) — effect may be reduced

Pregnancy: avoid, especially early pregnancy, unless clearly needed
