Clinical information

Common uses

preventing ifosfamide-induced haemorrhagic cystitis (bladder bleeding)

Common side effects

nausea
vomiting
constipation
tiredness
headache

Cautions

allergic reactions including anaphylaxis reported
severe skin reactions can occur
injection contains benzyl alcohol — avoid in premature babies

Pregnancy: given with ifosfamide, which can harm the unborn baby
