Clinical information

Common uses

advanced radioiodine-refractory thyroid cancer
advanced kidney cancer (with pembrolizumab or everolimus)
liver cancer (first-line)
advanced endometrial cancer (with pembrolizumab)

Common side effects

high blood pressure
tiredness
diarrhoea
joint and muscle pain
reduced appetite

Cautions

blood pressure must be controlled and monitored
can damage the liver and kidneys — regular tests
risk of serious bleeding, clots and heart problems
can harm an unborn baby — use contraception

Pregnancy: avoid — can harm an unborn baby
