headache
nausea or vomiting
fatigue
nasal or sinus congestion
rash

Cautions

boxed warning: blood clots can occur
boxed warning: kidney problems and kidney failure can occur
not for IgA-deficient patients with antibodies to IgA
made from human plasma — theoretical infection risk

Interactions

live vaccines (measles, mumps, rubella) — response may be reduced
can cause misleading blood antibody test results

Pregnancy: only if clearly needed
