Clinical information

Common uses

HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer, used alone
advanced breast cancer with ribociclib, palbociclib or abemaciclib

Common side effects

injection site pain
nausea
bone or joint pain
headache
hot flushes

Cautions

bleeding risk — caution with blood thinners or low platelets
can harm an unborn baby — effective contraception needed
injection site is near the sciatic nerve — careful technique needed
raised liver enzymes are common

Pregnancy: avoid — can harm the unborn baby
