Common uses

metastatic breast cancer after prior chemotherapy
unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma

Common side effects

low white blood cells
anaemia
tiredness
hair loss
nerve pain or numbness

Cautions

blood counts monitored — infection risk
nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) may need dose changes
can affect heart rhythm (QT prolongation)
can harm an unborn baby

Pregnancy: avoid — can harm an unborn baby
