Common uses

seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
perennial (year-round) allergic rhinitis

Common side effects

sore throat
dry mouth
muscle pain
tiredness
drowsiness

Cautions

stop if allergic reaction such as rash or swelling occurs
not if allergic to loratadine
lower dose needed with kidney or liver problems
