Clinical information

Common uses

squamous cell cancer of the head and neck
K-Ras wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer
BRAF V600E metastatic colorectal cancer (with encorafenib)

Common side effects

acne-like rash, itching and nail changes
headache
diarrhoea
infection
tiredness and nausea (with encorafenib)

Cautions

serious, sometimes fatal infusion reactions (boxed warning)
cardiopulmonary arrest reported — electrolytes monitored (boxed warning)
lung toxicity possible; limit sun exposure
can harm an unborn baby — use effective contraception
