Common uses

relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (alone or in combination)

Common side effects

anaemia
tiredness
low platelet counts
feeling sick
fever, cough and shortness of breath

Cautions

heart failure and heart attacks can occur — report chest symptoms
can cause acute kidney failure — monitored regularly
high blood pressure, sometimes severe (hypertensive crisis)
serious lung problems and bleeding reported

Pregnancy: avoid — can harm the unborn baby; use effective contraception
