Clinical information

Common uses

dizziness and vertigo in Ménière's disease
ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
reducing how often Ménière's attacks happen

Common side effects

feeling sick
indigestion
bloating or mild stomach ache
headache

Cautions

take with or after food to protect your stomach
may not suit asthma or a past stomach ulcer
not with high blood pressure caused by an adrenal tumour

Interactions

MAO inhibitors (for depression or Parkinson's)
antihistamines

Pregnancy: not usually recommended — little safety information
