Antihistamine nasal spray for allergy symptoms.

Clinical information

Common uses

hay fever and other upper airway allergies
nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose

Common side effects

drowsiness
bitter taste in the mouth
nasal discomfort or sneezing after use

Cautions

for the nose only — keep out of eyes and mouth
ask a doctor after recent nose ulcers, surgery or injury
be careful driving or operating machinery
stop if rash or severe, frequent nosebleeds

Interactions

alcohol (increases drowsiness)
sedatives and tranquillisers (increase drowsiness)
