Clinical information

Common uses

Merkel cell carcinoma (a skin cancer)
urothelial (bladder) cancer
advanced kidney cancer, combined with axitinib

Common side effects

tiredness
muscle and bone pain
infusion-related reactions
rash
feeling sick

Cautions

immune-related inflammation can hit any organ and may be severe
serious heart events possible when combined with axitinib
infusion reactions — the drip may be slowed or stopped
do not breastfeed during treatment and for 1 month after

Pregnancy: can harm an unborn baby — use effective contraception
