benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms

dizziness
upper respiratory tract infection
headache
tiredness

Cautions

can cause a blood pressure drop or fainting
not with moderate or severe liver problems
tell your eye surgeon before cataract surgery
not a treatment for high blood pressure

Interactions

ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir (contraindicated)
other alpha-blockers (avoid)
PDE5 inhibitors like sildenafil (low blood pressure)
QT-prolonging medicines (caution)

Pregnancy: not for use in women
