Common side effects

liver test abnormalities
constipation
tiredness
muscle aches
swelling (oedema)

Cautions

liver damage — regular blood tests
lung inflammation (pneumonitis) — treatment stopped if diagnosed
slow heartbeat — heart rate and blood pressure monitored
can harm an unborn baby

Pregnancy: avoid — can harm an unborn baby
