Clinical information

Common uses

  • wet age-related macular degeneration
  • macular oedema after retinal vein occlusion
  • diabetic macular oedema
  • diabetic retinopathy

Common side effects

  • bleeding on the white of the eye
  • eye pain
  • cataract
  • vitreous floaters or detachment
  • raised eye pressure

Cautions

  • not with eye or around-eye infection
  • not with active inflammation inside the eye
  • report eye pain or vision changes without delay
