Bright yellow with a pair of vertical blue lines below eyes. Two additional blue lines, one from forehead to edge gill cover and the other across base of pectoral fin. Small black spot just above pectoral fin base.

habitat and biology
Typically found in clusters perched on the branches of living coral, these creatures can be seen as deep as 25 meters. They secrete a poisonous mucus.
distinctive characters
The first dorsal fin has 5 to 6 spines, the second dorsal fin has 1 spine and 10 to 11 rays, the anal fin has 1 spine and 8 to 9 rays, and the pectoral fin has 17 to 19 rays. There are no scales present.
